11. I made a mistake on my order. Can I return my Dietary Alert Cards?

Custom Dietary Alert Cards are tailormade to your special diet, and we cater for your personal needs, eg if you are on a strict dairy-free diet or a gluten-free diet and also avoiding nuts, poultry and citrus. Possible combinations of risk foods are endless. Due to the costs incurred in tailor-making our Custom Cards and the improbability of our being able to transfer the cards to another customer with precisely the right restricted diet, no returns (for exchange or refund) can be accepted on Custom Cards after despatch. Please be very careful when placing your order, particularly when selecting your risk foods from the drop-down menus. As despatch is usually within 48 hours of receipt of your order, contact DietaryCard immediately by email if you think you have submitted an erroneous order.
